COVID-19 or NOT!

If you want your immune system to always stay healthy then you need to nourish your body with:

80% Raw Organic Food – this keeps you body alkaline.

ARE YOU ALKALINE OR ACID? (from the pages of From Cancer to Wellness: the forgotten secrets)

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

The food and drink we consume is either alkaline or acid-forming.
The more acid our body, the more susceptible we are to disease and ill health.

An acidic body does not absorb vitamins, minerals and other nutrients and reduces our ability to repair cells. Cancer thrives in an acidic body. On the other hand, an alkaline body heals and repairs cells and absorbs nutrition. Cancer and other chronic illnesses also hate oxygen, and if the body is alkaline the body is more oxygenated; therefore cancer cells cannot survive.

Not only do the foods and liquids we eat and drink determine pH levels, so does stress and pollution.

All pharmaceutical drugs, artificial sweeteners, tobacco, caffeine, processed food and beverages are highly acidic. All products need to be organic/chemical-free to avoid pesticides which are acid forming.

So what foods should you eat to stay alkaline? Most raw fruits and vegetables metabolize in the body, leaving an alkaline residue. If we eat 80% raw and 20% cooked food, drink plenty of alkaline water, and reduce stress, you will remain alkaline.

The juice of half a lemon in a glass of water three times a day will also help the body to become alkaline (see Chapter 3 Program for Life). Drinking lemon juice first thing in the morning with warm (not hot) water opens all the little capillaries in the digestive system in readiness to absorb nutrition. Limes are as good as lemons.

Super foods, such as the greens contained in powders like Miessence Deep Green Alkalizing Superfood, are alkaline-forming in the body and so help reduce acidity. Lactates found in cultured foods such as sauerkraut also reduce acidity.

The body must have a pH reading between 7.35–7.45 in order to be alkaline. This is a safe range for healing. Too much acidity kills. Too much alkalinity (over 8.1) may cause health problems; remaining too alkaline for a long period of time can kill too. It is important to your health to keep a balance.

You must test your pH daily particularly if you have cancer.

How do you test your pH?

  • Put some saliva on a piece of pH paper, commonly known as a pH test kit.
  • Wait thirty seconds and compare the colour of the paper with the colour of the scale on the pH paper dispenser.
  • You need to do this when you wake up before eating or drinking.
Test again two hours after breakfast.
  • You can also test just before going to bed. Again, this should be done two hours after eating or drinking. (Water is OK to consume).

I recommend you buy a pH paper test kit reel from your local pharmacy, drugstore, or health food store.

If you are unable to buy pH reels from your local area, then you can go online to buy. The small plastic dispenser it comes in protects the paper from humidity, and is very easy to use with very little wastage.

You need to:

Keep Moving – exercise is one of the most important things we all need for our immune system and mental health. Even is you are in isolation – get on You Tube and join in with the thousands of people posting there at the moment. I have asked my husband Wayne to do some 0ver 50’s exercises to help people – so keep an eye out for that in the next couple of days. Some of you already have his tubing DVD’s he created years ago – so use them……warm up first.

Mental Health:

It is easy to get caught up in the worry of our financial and physical health that can add to depression and worse. Try to meditate – I can hear you now – it will not pay my bills! I understand. Wayne and I have been living of the edge with our finances for years now, and I know how stressful this is…..Glenn Harrold – an English Clinical Hypnotherapist has some amazing downloads on an App. He does great meditations and hypnotherapy sessions. And No, I do not get commissions from him. He probably does not even know who I am….which is a pity, but we do not need to have personal connections with everyone,

So Walk in health, not fear…..this craziness will pass. I am not a believer in swallowing the media and government hype on this….why? Because statistically more people die of the common flu globally then they will from the virus.

We are asked to be more vigilant with cleanliness at this time! Why was everyone out there in La La land not vigilant before. I have always wiped the handles of the shopping trolleys and washed my hands regularly etc.

It is obvious, that not many people do that – hence the rush on hand wipes. ….

Maybe this is a good thing. It might change they way people share their germs normally. For instance, why do people normally still hop on public transport, show up at work or a family gathering with a cold or flu…. I have always thought this to be selfish.

So Wake up World. Nourish your body and mind, Keep Moving.
