Do you ever think about how you need to prepare your body for a juice fast?
It is so important to prepare in order for the fast to be beneficial. This is called transitioning into the juice fast.
The longer you juice the better for healing. Minimum of 30 days.
So here is how to go about it.
For at least 3 days before you juice you need to go on 100% raw food.
Start your morning off with a warm, water with half the juice of a lemon followed by one apple or a pear or 1-2 cups of papaya or pineapple.
Mid morning have a fresh juice and drink small amounts of water throughout the morning totaling 1 liter before lunch.
Lunch time needs to be a large fruit salad (no melons with other fruit as melons need to be eaten alone) topped with cashew cream or almond cream.
Mid afternoon a herbal tea.
For Dinner a large salad with leafy greens and with avocado and lots of wonderful mixed raw vegetables and fresh herbs.
Add a dressing of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar with cold pressed olive oil and some herbs.
During the transitioning days you can take as many fresh juices and herbal teas as you like making sure you allow time between drinking and eating for digestion. You must allow 1-1 1/2 hours after eating and 20 mins before easting.
All food needs to be organic.
At the end of the fast it is important to transition out using 100% raw food like you transitioning in protocols.
Whilst juicing it is a great time to have a colonic or enemas. Plus add a organic liquid multi vitamin to your juice too.

During this time, it is important to also rest and before bed some meditation or listen to relaxation music. Do not eat snacks. Give your body time to rest and rejuvenate and to complete the elimination process.
