Ocean front at Bargara, situated at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef is designed to fully immerse in nature while nourishing and supporting your body through food as medicine – whole plant based, organic and natural.
We will be grounding into mother nature, experiencing the water elements of the ocean, meditation, Pilates, gentle exercise, workshops, massages and indulging in organic healthy meals.

The last retreat that we where to facilitate did not happen due to the lack of interest at the time.
This ended up being at an enormous financial loss the us.
